Coffee Break: Chocolate, Caramel, Toffee, and... Bananas?

Yes, you heard right. Bananas. In dessert. Come on, don't tell me you've never heard of banana split sundaes? Fine, those of you who refuse to believe bananas could actually taste good at any time of day besides breakfast, you have obviously never tried banoffee! Banoffee is the sweet and creamy mixture of the rich, sugary toffee taste and the soft and smooth texture of bananas. If you're still skeptical, just look at the photo below. Topped with a graham cracker crust, this trifle dessert just looks warm and delicious. Put it in a pretty little dish, and it's the perfect , unique thing to serve your guests . Even the name sounds exotic! Let's hope mom's awesome baking skills can be passed down to me someday.
